what type of HVAC system we should use for a zone without any HVAC system? there is an option in iSBEM to choose but I couldn't find it in IES-VE !

Many thanks Terence for prompt reply. I recently started working with the IES-VE for Ireland Part L compliance and NDBER any guidance you could provide would be appreciated.
for the Zones without HVAC I couldn't find "None" in the HVAC service drop down menu ,only "Not Set" is the Closest option! I assume in the "HVAC Zones and Zone Groups" if I drag the room without HVAC system to the "NO ApacheHVAC System" would works?!
also I can not find the air permeability section in the "Building and system data" tab in the Part L > Building Data> Building Details section!
