Hi,
You could use the Img button in the tools you see when posting to post an image from the web.
Otherwise there is an upload option when you are typing a post that you can use to upload the image.

Re: help with adding images
To be honest I didn't really know how to do this myself 'properly' until earlier today and I've used it in a couple of posts already. I've just started using ImageShack but there are plenty of free image hosting sites out there. I like ImageShack (http://imageshack.us/) because you simply browse for your image on your hard drive and then it gives you a URL and even gives you the line to post in forum entries.
Give me 10 minutes and I'll do a Tutorial in this thread.

How to add an image to a post
I'm using ImageShack® here to host the images but I'd imagine the same procedure is followed in many different hosting sites.
1. Go to ImageShack® (http://imageshack.us/)

2. Browse for the picture you want to use.

3. Click UPLOAD NOW.

4. When the file is uploaded and the page refreshes grab the Forum Code and paste in your post.

And hey presto you should have images in your post.

Re: help with adding images
in fact... I've done such a good job here even if I say so myself I think I'll post this as a new thread as part of a soon to be dumped when I get bored or run out of time again Zap's "How To..." guides.
