NECB Navigator running Radiance

new to the forum, new to the software.
My User needs to run Radiance with the NECB Navigator. It is not working properly, Help.
IES Tech Support suggests that IT needs to fix antivirus software to allow required Radiance dll files properly.
software was installed using Administrator Privileges. Please tell me that there are other Users who may have have similar issues
