how to calculate HVAC Coil Loads without DHW ?

hi,
I have 2 doubts, so I have designed an HVAC system with 1no. unit heater and 2nos. of 07a system.

1. I have to summarize the Sensible load and the Total load for each system like 07a which has nearly 10 rooms in each which is like 10 coils each system and when calculated it shows them as separate coils and not the total system as a whole. But my task is to summarize it has a whole as in entire 07a and not a single room. how do I calculate it has a whole and not each room separately?

2. Usually when we iterate and check the results in the table or the Monthly totals of HVAC Coil Loads, the values include DHW. Is there any way to find the HVAC Coil Loads without the DHW?
