In apache you can select either ASHRAE or CIBSE methods to calculate Loads. You can get some further information from our website at http://www.iesve.com/Software/VE-Pro (have a look in the Energy/Carbon section for ApacheCalc and ApacheLoads).

Also, you'll get calculation methods information from the User Guides (access these in <VE> by selecting help >> user Guides then you can view the documents relating to ApacheCalc and ApacheLoads).
