Hey Gary,

Not quite sure what you mean here. First, can you just confirm that you can access your results in Vista?

The only significant change that may be affecting you here is that the Loads Report has been reformatted, if there is any extra info you're missing from the report you should be able to extract it from the Vista results using the tools provided on the toolbar (start with the summary buttons for viewing Heating and Cooling loads I'd suggest).

Maybe I've misunderstood you here, if you can give more detail or if anyone has had similar experience let us know.

ok I thought that might have been what you meant - probably a license issue after you have upgraded your keys to version 6. The team here in Glasgow will have you up and running again in no time.
