Help with MHRV

Hi all,
I`ve been struggling with a Heat Recovery Ventilation system. I`ve defined the `Apache Systems` settings like you can see in the attachment and then set 0.48 ac/hr for each room.
I don`t trust in the results achieved in this way, because the heating load doubles from 27kW.h/yr.m2 to 54 when i add the MHRV, which in my view doesn`t make sense. Even entering 100% efficiency the values remain really high so I suppose something is wrong.
