After payment for student licence, I had completed installation software.
The following the instruction on screen to request annual student licence to my email. But currently, I haven't received another licence from key@iesve.com.
I had been waiting for 2 days.
I've asked the keys team to confirm we received your request, if not then I'll send you a direct message with instructions to resend the request.
Just bear in mind student and trial license requests can take a number of days to be processed due to the high number of requests we receive. Also no one in the keys team works over the weekend so don't expect any licenses to be sent out on a Saturday or Sunday.
