I have created my heating and cooling load results using the CIBSE simulation.
My design is to supply office areas with a minimum fresh air requirement and laboratories with 12 ach/hr.
The problem I am getting is that when the results are generated my supply airflows are too high ie. for the offices outside airflow is showing the correct values but the addition of supply airflow is corrupting my results.
The laboratories are displaying ach of 23-24 which is way to high and is again corrupting my results. I need 12 ach/hr supplied by fresh air only.
Am I not entering the details correctly into the main system design?
Please help!

To be blunt... Yes, it's your input.

You don't have duplicate air exchanges do you?
Have you got your windows open all the time and are supplying air as well?
